Wilson & Rudy haven’t been there since covid started…. We haven’t been travelling! It was so nice this past week to take our first trip and know Wilson and Rudy will be happy at Waggy Tails!!! Molly loves her own little vacation time with all her furry friends!
She stayed over night and was very well taken care of, loved, cuddled.

Just wanted to say thank you for taking such excellent care of our two dogs! We have never left them overnight and I know for a fact they had a great time! Both of them could hardly keep their eyes open on the drive home :) We also booked them for a bath and let me tell you.. their fur smelled amazing and was so soft!

Thanks for taking care of Dot on her stay at Waggy Tails resort. Since Dot is young and has so much of social anxiety as she is not near other dogs at home, I worried at the start on how she would cope at the Resort. Right after her first stay, she is excited to go back to Waggy Tails and happy coming home.
Also, I appreciate how Waggy Tails helped me out during a family emergency when I requested for a 2 week boarding. The resort have been kind to take her in with a short notice. I would highly recommend Waggy Tails to anyone who is looking for a fun place to board your dog when you are out of town.

Thank you so much for all you do for our baby boy! He is always happy to go play and tired out when he comes home. The first time we dropped him off was scary for us because we were entrusting our little babe to people we didn’t know and it was the best decision we’ve ever made for him! You reassured us and didn’t mind that I called twice to check in on him. The fact that he is well taken care of is obvious and the extra miles you take to create a sense of community and involvement for all the pet parents is truly incredible. We absolutely love sending our German Shepherd, Kobe, to waggy tails. He always has the best time and comes home exhausted! They treat him like family and he always gets plenty of running around time. Highly recommend!.

Or there is no way you can finish getting ready for work....She loves to see Bill and the other workers....
She is so tired when she gets home she eats and goes right to bed! She even dreams of being there, yelping and twitching like she is running!

Pauline, I have been meaning to send you a note to tell you that we think you have the most amazing facility.I do not actually know what we would do without Waggy Tails. As you know, beagles are high energy dogs and at WT’s, Cooper gets to run and play until he drops - a healthy environment surrounded by people who love him as much as we do. The best part for us is that we never worry about him when he is with you - there are not too many people I would trust him with but you and Bill and Tanner and Heidi...you are all just absolutely wonderful! It is a gift to love and care for dogs to the degree that all of you do and for that we are eternally grateful.

Thank you for being so wonderful to Balto! Your smiles, great customer service, and the way you spoil our dog is much appreciated. We love that when Balto is at Waggy Tails Resort we know that he safe, but that he is also enjoying the unlimited social time with other dogs and cuddle sessions with you guys! The convenience of the drop-off daycare and extended hours is also much appreciated when dealing with our busy schedules. We have tried other doggie daycares in the area and we can certainly say that although we were happy with other facilities, none compared to Waggy Tails Resort! So thank you - you're doing great work!
To anyone considering taking your dog to Waggy Tails Resort, consider this a recommendation. We are very picky pet owners and we do not leave our dog without great consideration for him, but we know that when we drop-off Balto at Waggy Tails Resort, whether for the day or night, that he is receiving great care and plenty of affection.

Just wanted to say thanks for taking Harley the great dane when we need a break.
Harley is so tired when he gets home and listen better. Harley is big so he does not get away with
what a small dog does. People seem to push him away since he is in your face
Great Danes have attitudes and you guys know how to deal with them.
We tried two kennels before Waggy Tails and they could not deal with him.
I noticed when I picked up Harley last week he barked once when he saw me and came to me to say hi
then went back to Bill, now that tells me he enjoys going to Waggy tails resort.
You guys are the best and keep doing what your doing.
If there was one thing I would change NO NOT YOU PAULINE ! lol the location.
It takes us one hour to get to you so that is how much we appreciate you guys.

| What feature do you like most? | I appreciate that the dogs are outside the majority of the day and under constant supervision. I feel confident my dog will play, rest, drink water and eat her meal if necessary and feel loved during the day or for overnight stays. Upon arriving at the resort, I had a great tour with Bill and he answered all of my questions before I even asked them. | What feature do you like most? | I love everything Waggy Tails Resort has to offer. The staff is amazing, the hours for daycare are great (730am to 730pm), the prices are very reasonable. Love the fact that my dog has 'doggie friends' at daycare and looks forward to seeing the staff and other dogs on a daily. |

The only tiny little thing I would suggest, would be to maybe have another door opening for daycare dogs, especially when it is busy with boarding dogs (example: Friday mornings).
